If you are living outside Switzerland, you, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

We only cover VAT for Switzerland.

Nomadnoos is not responsible for packages held by international customs agencies, and it is not its responsibility to inform customers about these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

For example, UK residents might expect a customs charge of at least 20% of the total cost of the purchase. Nomadnoos is not responsible for this payment. Your package may arrive at your local post office or delivery centre and be held until pickup and payment are taken care of.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

Should Nomadnoos mistakenly be invoiced directly by the shipping company for any duties or fees after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to be paid immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can’t be delivered due to an error in entering your shipping address, Nomadnoos is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur to reroute or reship the package.

Tracking

If you have a Swiss Post, DPD or UPS package marked as delivered but haven’t received, please contact your local mail facility.

In summary; apart from European and Swiss customers, you must pay taxes and duties in your country. This is extra, and we have no control over it. By purchasing a Nomadnoos product, you acknowledge that you are aware of this and accept it as your financial responsibility.

Returns

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also email you to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Tasklab / Nomadnoos via Scernescia, 6936 Arosio, Switzerland

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

If you are shipping an item over Sfr. 75,00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
