The kit contains the wool in our Dry desert Camel yarn. Our beautiful yarns come from the soft undercoat of the  Mongolian Bactrian Camel. Hand combed with car by Mongolian nomadic herders.

Description

The Fukinsei shawl has a Japanese architecture-in-spired design, made by Naoko Ogawa from  @atelierknits_strandsoflife .

Thanks to the Dry desert Camel yarn this shawl has a beautiful texture. Fukinsei challenges the idea of controlling balance and symmetry. Instead, it describes asymmetry as natural and beautiful.

The principle of the shawl is simple: It is worked in 1×2 twisted rib stitch throughout and wavelets are formed and reformed as the rows progress with increases and decrease.

The shawl uses  2 skeins of our luxury Dry desert Camel yarn.
